Can I try it yet?
Niai is currently in a small, invite-only closed beta. Request an invite and tell us a little about how you apply for roles; invitations are sent in batches as space becomes available.
Where does my CV go?
Your CV and applications are stored as files on your computer. If you choose a cloud AI provider, the relevant documents are sent to that provider for generation. Optional search integrations also contact external services.
Who makes the decisions?
You do. Fit scores and AI suggestions are advice: you decide which roles are worth pursuing, what your application says, and what to send. You choose which tasks to delegate to agents or automation. Niai does not submit applications for you.
Will AI invent experience for my CV?
Niai’s rule is strict: every factual claim in a draft must be supported by your source CV or extended profile—the career history you have reviewed and validated. AI may reword, reorder and emphasise that evidence. It must not invent employers, dates, qualifications, skills or achievements to match a role. The draft review checks for unsupported claims; AI can still make mistakes, so your review remains essential.
How does Niai use AI?
AI helps discover roles, assess their fit, and draft and review applications grounded in your source CV and extended profile. You decide which suggestions to accept. You choose a supported model provider; available features, provider charges and hardware requirements depend on your choice.
Can my AI agent work with Niai?
Yes. Niai exposes a local MCP server (Model Context Protocol) and a versioned HTTP API with an OpenAPI specification. Connected agents can read applications, search your history, add jobs to the inbox, import or dismiss queued roles, and update application status. The current MCP/API surface does not run document generation or permanently delete data.
What can I automate?
Schedule saved searches to collect new roles and optionally score them against your CV. Connect your own agent or script through MCP or the local API to organise the pipeline. Scheduled searches run while Niai is running on your computer, with the relevant sources and model provider configured. You review the results and submit applications yourself.
Will it apply for jobs for me?
No. Niai helps you assess, prepare and track applications. You review the output and submit it yourself.
What does the PDF check do?
It checks the text extracted from the generated PDF so you can spot missing content before sending it. It does not guarantee how every applicant tracking system will interpret or score your CV.
